For stays up to 4 weeks, $675.00 per week 1400 sq. ft.
Daily rate (with minimum 1 week stay) $130.00 per day
For stays over 2 months, $1,400.00 per month

Small Guest House - 1300 sq. ft.

For stays up to 4 weeks, $675.00 per week 1,300 sq. ft.
Daily rate (with minimum 1 week stay) $130.00 per day
For stays over 2 months, $1,400.00 per month

Note:
- Rental includes water, propane gas but not telephone. Telephone facilities are located in main house. There is a metered electricity charge during the months of April to October inclusive.
- stays longer than 2 months require first and last months deposit
- A deposit of 30% on all other reservations
- Rentals do not include breakfast

Each guest house contains the following:

-2 fully furnished bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom
-fully equipped kitchen including fridge, gas stove, microwave
-fully furnished living room/dining room
-all linen, including sheets, blankets and towels
-use of grounds facilities including lap pool, swimming pool.
barbecue and palapa

Town Houses: LAS FLORES DE LA MAYA
( Prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars)

These townhouses are located at Calle 13 #528, adjoining the In Ka’an property which provides for common use of grounds facilities including the 22 metre lap pool and swimming pool. Las Flores de la Maya has its own barbecue and area for entertaining or casual living.

The following rates apply to townhouse units

Unit #2 - Gardenias
Unit #3 - Violetas
Unit #4 - Tulipanes

Daily rate (with minimum 1 week stay) $120.00 per day
For stays up to 2 months, US$1,500 per month.
Annual leases are available, US$,1200 per month

Note:
- rental includes water, propane gas but not electricity or telephone. Telephone facilities are located in the main house at In Ka'an. Electricity charges will be levied separately.
- stays longer than 2 months require first and last months deposit
- annual leases require first and last months deposit plus a refundable security deposit of one month.

Apartment # 6 (upper level) - 1 BR - 840 sq ft

For stays up to 4 weeks, $450.00 per week
Daily rate (with minimum 1 week stay) $85.00 per day

Apartment #7 (upper level) - 1 BR - 800 sq ft

For stays up to 4 weeks, $475.00 per week

Each Apartment contains the following:
